We’re Logan and Caitlin, and our story is rooted in generations of people who built, designed, and shaped homes long before we did. Logan is a third‑generation hardwood craftsman with roots in Milwaukee and a life built here in Flagstaff. His family has been in the hardwood and home‑building world for decades. On one side, his grandfather started a hardwood company in 1968 — a business still run today by his father and brother. On the other, he comes from three generations of custom home builders, a legacy his brother continues under their grandfather’s name.

Craft, design, and building have always been part of Logan’s world — and they’re just as present in Caitlin’s. His grandmother, mother, and sister are interior designers, and she’s an NAU grad with a background in graphic design. Homes, materials, and creating spaces that feel intentional and comfortable are things we’ve both always cared about.

Caitlin’s family has been in Flagstaff for four generations. Her grandparents came here from England in the 1950s and built their life in this community — her grandfather working the railroad, then her mother with APS. Our daughter is now the fourth generation to call Flagstaff home, and we’ve spent the last seven years building our own roots here.

Our story blends Midwest work ethic with a deep respect for craft and design. Everything we create carries that mix of heritage, honesty, and hands‑on care — hardwood built for real homes, real families, and the way people actually live.
